We don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email lumibeam1@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll review it for a replacement.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed it can't be canceled or changed, so please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout.
